Had my hair cut by Duncan on Friday 15 June , I didn’t quite know what I wanted but Duncan advised me to what would be suitable for my hair as it was very fine but thick long and heavy, Duncan worked his magic and I love my new hair style
Duncan has cut my hair the past couple of years and it’s been an excellent experience each time. Duncan Edwards is a welcoming family-owned business. Duncan is knowledgeable and experienced and has the patience to pass tips on to me so doing my own hair is easier and successful. I have thick hair, mostly straight hair with a little curl here where I wished I didn’t have curl so I’ve appreciated everything he’s taught me. I get compliments on my hair and that makes me feel more confident and satisfied with it — priceless! I found his salon by asking women “on the street” where they got their hair cut if I liked how theirs looked and the majority of people said Duncan Edwards so I went and it exceeded my hopes. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I never liked getting my hair cut growing up so it’s been a once a year operation, but for the past eight + years I’ve been going to Duncan Edward and have walked out extremely satisfied each time. Even after living out of state, I make sure to schedule an appointment when I’m back in the area because no other hair cut can compare. To sum up – great service, awesome stylists, and a wonderful atmosphere even for those who were weary of their trek to the hair salon.
My hairdresser (in a different salon) cancelled and I called last minute to get an appointment and they moved someone on the schedule to squeeze me in! I was so impressed with their customer service. Natasha was my stylist and she was so friendly and genuine. She did a great job on my hair. A edgy fun environment too in the shop! I would definitely recommend.
I came in after a nightmare experience at another salon and i was welcomed with open arms. They we more than accommodating to all my needs. It was wonderful. Duncan went beyond the line of duty haha. He was the most pleasant human being I have ever encountered and he made me feel confident and secure in the cut!! You can tell he was a veteran in this industry and he deserves more than just five stars. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who was just a trim to just a cut. From a bleach to a color!!! They know what they are doing and it is so comforting to know you will be in great hands! Such a sweet group of people!
I have been going to Paola at Duncan for about a year. I am rather new to the Madison area and had a hard time finding the right person to cut my hair. Paola does an amazing job with my difficult hair. I always leave loving the look she gives me. She has great attention to detail and takes her time in cutting and styling my hair. Very pleased with the service.
