Senior Director and owner Duncan Edward Cairns has been cutting and styling hair since 1976. Trained in England and moved to Madison in 1989. Married to Gillian, manager of the salon has two daughters, Hayley & Katelin and a son-in law Aaron, all stylists at the salon. Yes, we are very much a family business!
Still love keeping up with all the new trends and doing something different on a client when they allow me to.
Love to watch and try to play soccer, ride my Indian motor cycle, and road cycling. Want to spend more time in Florida with my lovely wife. Yes, I am taking more time off so please remember to pre- book your appointments as I hate to disappoint my clients.

I came in after a nightmare experience at another salon and i was welcomed with open arms. They we more than accommodating to all my needs. It was wonderful. Duncan went beyond the line of duty haha. He was the most pleasant human being I have ever encountered and he made me feel confident and secure in the cut!! You can tell he was a veteran in this industry and he deserves more than just five stars. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who was just a trim to just a cut. From a bleach to a color!!! They know what they are doing and it is so comforting to know you will be in great hands! Such a sweet group of people!
